Michelle, Ann & all of the ladies working there are absolutely brilliant! They went above & beyond to help us with everything while we were there & they also worked with us on extending our stay for 2 additional nights without having to move rooms. I can't say enough great things about them. I can not wait to visit again!
EDIT: the review says we stayed 2 nights but we actually stayed 4
There are only 2 things I would like to see improved...the size of the shower & the reliability of the hot water. It was difficult to get the temperature of the water to stay consistent.

It was central for our planned holiday.
Staring to look a wee bit tired and could do with a face lift. Being in our 80/90s we really struggled with the stairs and a bit of help with our bags would have been appreciated.
