The breakfast was good.
The food was not warm enough for me.
There was no brown bread so I missed that.

This is right beside Knock shire and accessible by wheelchair. The staff were incredibly helpful to my mother and I (we have different dietary requirements). A very comfortable and clean hotel.
A electric door at the front would be convenient, but we always had help so there were no problems.

Some staff were abrupt in my opinion, they need to develop a friendlier approach. The young waiters and the mature waitress were fabulous to deal with. Steve on reception was also great. The dark haired lady on reception , needs more training, I felt I was being booked into Holloway Prison. Most unwelcoming. She wouldn’t be on reception in my hotel, if I owned one.

Nearness to Knock airport
Breakfast was served from 8 am. I had to be at the airport at 7.30. I had paid for a full breakfast and was offered 1 piece of toast and a cup of coffee .this is not acceptable , we were not offered a refund on our bb terms. We were told we should not have booked via booking.com . I am unused to such bad unaccommodating behaviour.
