The hotel was clean, the food was excellent and the shuttle easily got us around town.
The best part, tho, was the view of the Lakes of Killarney out of our room’s window.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic spa. Wonderful breakfast.
Mountain View from the room could have been better if it wasn’t blocked off with frosting stuck on to the glass. Some frosting was fine as it blocked off the view of the car park but the higher frosting blocked a lot of the Mountain View.

The views from the Hotel are truly fantastic, must rank as one of the most picturesque hotels in Europe.
The overall experience was first class and memorable.
The staff are very welcoming and professional nothing was a problem.
It is difficult to highlight anything negative.

Beautiful property in a stunning location, with lovely views and good spa facilities. The breakfast was also very good and most of the staff were friendly.
The overall service did not meet the standard we would expect from a five-star hotel, especially considering the significant premium we paid. The biggest disappointment was the spa reception service. We were told the previous evening that there was no availability the following morning due to three large groups and a “busy morning”, with no guarantee regarding the lounges. However, when we returned at 11am the next day, there was initially nobody else in the spa and only four guests in total during our 40-minute visit. We were not offered any proactive solution the previous evening and had to suggest the 11am option ourselves.
