For our first trip back to Mexico in years, Occidental Costa Cancún was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The resort operates with Disney-level cleanliness—the beach, restaurants, and rooms are continuously maintained and spotless throughout the day. The entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome, especially as we practiced our Spanish; huge shout-out to Rubén, Alfredo, Pepe, Daesy, Gilberto, and so many others for their wonderful hospitality.
The dining was truly impressive. While dinners at La Claraboya and México Lindo were delicious, the buffet was the real star of the week with its exceptional variety, fresh daily juices, authentic local dishes, and legitimate spicy habanero salsa at every meal. Having stayed at the Hilton all-inclusive previously, this felt significantly more comfortable and the food was ten times better. The beachfront and pool areas are equally fantastic, featuring ample shade, comfortable lounging space, soft sand, and a generously sized swimming area to enjoy every day. Whenever we return to Cancún, this will easily be our only choice. It's the best price to value ratio.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Occidental Costa Cancún! From the beautiful beachfront location and stunning ocean views to the friendly and welcoming staff, everything made my stay truly enjoyable. The resort has a great atmosphere, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun.
The beach was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the service from the staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

My wife was feeling very sick but they would not let me take a hamburger to the room for her.
