What continues to set Hyatt Zilara apart is its people. The staff are the heart and soul of the resort. From the Bell Team, especially Juan, to the outstanding butlers Rossy, Jorge, and Brandon, everyone went above and beyond

Excellent stay. Resort is nice, new, and clean. Spa was nice, and the speakeasy is a must do. absolutely nothing to complain about.
