The location is really good , as the sea is calm and with less sargassum than all others regions .
The views are amazing with a beautiful infinity pool.
Big hotel, with 3 pools .
Expresso Coffee is really good and the sweets in the Cafeteria are the best
Some topics I think must be improved in a hotel like Riu Palace which is considered a upscale hotel. The Entertainment is really poor , the swimming pool activities are almost zero and the team there is not charismatic , everything is boring, they need to find a REAL entertaining team to make the guests happier.
Evening shows is not fun at all, you seat down to watch somebody singing and almost fall sleep.
Another topic I would like to highlight is related to the restaurants - overall the desserts are not good , what saved it was the cafeteria with really good cakes . And the system that you can't book the restaurants in advance simple does not work. You have to dispute a table in the special restaurants, arrive there very early (like 6pm) to make sure you can save a table to be seated at 8pm.

Staff was friendly and the room and grounds were very clean
The beds and pillows were awful. The food was not impressive and the beach was not as clear and blue as shown in the pictures the room service menu was limited and not good
