There were different activitities, lots of food with varieties abd most of the staff were nice.
The pool dances were pretty good.
There were some compromised hygiene in food handling example a staff at the burger area preparing drinks touched garbage several times, did not wash his hands and using same hands to make drinks for people. Another guy was told don't put alcohol in a particular drink but poured some and when the drink was rejected, got upset and left.
Another staff in the kitchen area picked up some fruits and some food that fell down and put into the general food for everyone. This made me lose my appetite. The plates and cutleries are sometimes not properly washed and I feel can compromise health.
The final concern is the exploitatiom with sight seeing cost. Requesting for certain cost for sight seeing and not disclosing the government charges almost twice same amount on taxes. This was a rip off and not solely the resorts fault. More likely Cancun governments fault.

The food was good , the pools were good
I didnât like was there is no activity no animation , and the room was not clean, as well the beach was dirty, some of the staff were not nice because i donât speak spanish.
