La atención del restaurante, una amiga recibió una mala atención de un mozo quien no la dejaba entrar siendo que estaban con lugares disponibles y dentro de la hora de atención, nosotros fuimos 30 minutos después y pudimos entrar sin problemas, denota discriminación en ese aspecto de ese trabajador hacia los huéspedes. Tema aparte es que la gente se apoderaba de las reposeras siendo que no las estaban usando y es un punto que está en el manual de convivencia, sin embargo nadie la respeta

The food was ok, the sushi bar was amazing! The BBQ night also was amazing and tasty. There's 2 pools and private beach. A lot of fish swimming in there so you can just stand and observe them how much time youll like. They are really curious of you too, so they kinda swim near you. Pelicans came to visit as well because of all the easy fish. Theres hammocks inside the water itself so you could relax. Theres super nice waiter who always runs between the beach and the bar and takes care of any thing you ask him for. Really nice guy! Most of the staff were super friendly and nice especially the guys in the bar (Arturo and Lizardo). Great coctails, theres a lot that not on the menu, just ask them they glad to make you a lot of what they know. Victor who was responsible for the special food nights was so nice, made us feel welcome and took care of everything we needed. The room was pretty big, clean and there's mini bar that they refill with drinks and water daily. Tv with a huge variety of channels. Great mexican show at night with dances and songs.

The adults pools with the poolbar and jacuzzi were closed for renovations on our stay which was a real bummer , since one has always games and kids in it and it leaves you only with the one in front of the food court (until the kids come there too), so check if those open before booking if thats important to you. Also since its the only pool theres only like 10 beds there for the entire hotel to swim. Really need to add more at least for the renovation period, because people being rude and put their stuff on the beds reserving them, even when not near the pool. The waiters in the snack bar should learn how to treat costumers and be more attentive. The shower is old and outdated, could be renewed, the most noticeable down side of the room.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We could control the temperature easily. The hotel was inexpensive and in the safer “Hotel zone.” Getting transportation there was easy. The stay was affordable. I loved the little honey shampoo provided. Beach was shallow, with no waves, which would be good for small children. (But our family would have preferred a regular beach.) Minimal sargassum.

No blankets, only sheets. Dust cloud in face when puling back sheets and lying on pillows. Loud music until 11 pm every night. Food was tasty but I still got sick eating in the restaurants. (Gastroenteritis for days.) They overbooked and wanted to move us to a sister hotel. But that didn’t work for our family. So, they let us stay in an upgraded room, which was nice.

This hotel is a small but amazing cozy resort .. Everything was closed together, the room, the restaurants, the Lobby, the pool ..I loved that!! The Staff was extremely friendly!! Arturo at the main bar! Armando at the pool bar, Itzel and Jose and everyone at the front desk, they were able to upgrade me to a balcony room which I loved!! The entertainment ended early but it was really good ..and the food at the buffet exceeded my expectations big time!! The staff was really helpful in all matters. I just loved it in here I will absolutely book a room here again...The swim-up bar was really cozy and was my favorite spot to hang out and meet people! and even though it was spring break of 2024 there was plenty of seating at the beach!! Thank you everyone for making my vacation so special this time in Cancun!! Viva Mexico y su maravillosa Gente!!

I would have loved the entertainment to last a little longer on the weekends! But it was great anyways. !

Food was great, the facility is a bit old but overall clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Room size was a joke! Literally the size of the bed

Falta de Camastros,, (reposeras o tumbonas). excesivamente pocos en playa y piscinas. Solo había una o dos sombrillas en la playa con camastros para protegerse del sol. De acuerdo al precio que se cobra ese es un muy mal servicio. En una ocasión solicité en recepción algún camastro para mi esposa, hija y nieto y no había. Finalmente, después de mucho pedir, se autorizó ocupar unas sillas plásticas, las cuales yo mismo tuve que trasladar.

My son liked the swimming pools, food was ok too.

They never cleaned the room and washroom during our stay. Just changed the towels and made the bed.

Our room was a suite for 4 people so that was good. The only food I enjoyed was lunch at the small restaurant at the pool..

No other restaurants besides the small one at pool (which only had about 8-10 tables) on the resort and that was only open 2 nights. Very poor food selections and options. Pool bar bartender was very unpleasant and cranky. This resort is a sub par all inclusive resort. The buffet was very limited in selection with only one counter of selections. The resort has a “no saving” chairs at pool or beach policy but that’s what everyone does. Out of 7 days we only got chairs 4 of the days. We had to finally get up at 6:30 in the morning to get chairs. Shouldn’t have to do that on vacation. Not enough chairs for the amount of people staying there. The beach lacks that gorgeous turquoise color water in Cancun because it’s actually at a small marina which I hated. Did not go in the water. We travel 4 months in the winter and have stayed at many all inclusive resorts. This was the worst by far. We actually stayed at 2 others this winter that were less money and 100 times better. This resort is not worth the money. Would not go back.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel al encontrarse en un punto medio para participar del Challenge Cancún 70.3, la distancia para caminar a la transición 1 era de 15 minutos y para llegar a la Meta era muy accesible moverse en bus. En general el hotel se encontraba en un buen punto para nosotros. Nos gustó la habitación, las camas eran cómodas, tenía bastantes almohadas y la piscina con el jacuzzi fue algo muy relajante. El ambiente muy animado y el personal en general muy amable.

Por tiempos de COVID, el menú es muy limitado. No hubo tanta variación en las comidas. En general está bastante básico.

The staff were phenomenal! We only stayed three nights so the ease of navigating the small resort was very nice. The food was always great and we appreciated the variety in the buffet, sushi bar, and restaurant. They used the space they have well! They were also diligent about keeping the beach and ocean clean, even in the middle of seaweed season.

We couldn’t always find the location for the activities, which could have been our issue and not the resorts. If we were staying any longer, we definitely would have added in excursions since there wasn’t as much going on at the resort.

I enjoyed my experience at Cancun Bay. The rooms,the pools, the restaurants, everything are very good. The beach in front of hotel ia beautiful, clean and warm water The men called Arturo, who’s working at front door is very polite and helpful.

most of Staff was very rude, and working insatisfaieded. I don’t know if there is too much job, and need more people working, but definelly need to to something about It.

The staff was attentive. The food options were great and delicious. One of our group members is a pescatarian and was always able to find something to eat on the menu. Most staff members spoke English.

All the personal are extremely kind. The food was excellent, a great variety. Drinks are included and delicious. The swimming pools nice and clean. The beach, is the best all around; we walked and all the other hotels have sea weed except Cancun Bay Resort.

Rooms are very basic and dated. Beach is small and photos on booking.com are well taken as hotel is more basic/average than it appears.

The fact that they told us all drink's are all-inclusive! Only to get there and be served trash bottom shelf liquor! Bunch of frozen diaquires gave us stomach ache! Lobby was sooooooooo hot! You'll melt checking in and out! Took hour's to get rags the first day! TV station's wasn't working! Had change room's! I could go on and on

The vibe was great and our room was in a good place. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. All you can eat and drink is a cool experience.

The food was very processed but there was plenty of it. The main pool was really crowded and the other pool closed early which was a shame.

Family - quiet resort, nice beach.

Small hotel with everything to spend a relaxing time. Staff were amazing, specially reception personnel who help us moving into a better room after our AC was not properly working. Waitress at the restaurant were great and they even helped us prepare a surprise cake for a birthday! We definitely will be coming back! Entertainment hosts were great and will keep you involved if the activities to ensure you have a great time! We really enjoyed the pool football and the Mexican night!

Minibars should be upgraded to make them cooler and they need to ensure the Air conditioning is properly working in every room.

It is well located, it has a nice calm beach and our room was great for the amount of people we were. It has nice pools and most of the staff is very friendly.

We did not like that the variety of food was the same everyday, they promote a different kind of menu but on reality is just the same, and some of the food like the bread was from many days ago, we got a bread completely hard as a rock, we even took a video of it. Our last day was my kid’s birthday and we could not get him some french fries when we needed them, it might sound stupid, but you are paying for an all inclusive and you cannot get french fries for a kid on his birthday? Not even and ice cream was offered to him. That same day of the birthday there was no Wifi in the room for almost a whole day. One day there was vomit in one of the pools and no one came to clean it. We left a night before because we were so mad that our kid keep saying it was the worst birthday of his life, at the end we were extremely disappointed.

It was locally owned and maintained the Mexican culture. The food was amazing and the options were vast.
