The hotel was so beautiful and very clean. staff was super helpful and more than willing to show us around. the mexican restaurant was our favorite but everywhere we ate was very good. staff is super attentive, 10/10 would come back!

Nice hotel, the amenities are excellent, the pool nice and huge. The beach is awesome if you dont’t mind the crowd coming by boats to the nearby pier or outsiders since the beach is public it tends to be super crowded.
The other drawback, is the mutation of the “all inclusive” concept, yes you get unlimited alcohol but of the cheapest type, they are understaffed so wherever retaurant you chose , there is a queue, waiting time while tables are empty and available. Last, in one of the restaurants there was 30 min waiting time , UNLESS you buy a bottle of wine then the table is available immediately…
In summary, nice place to be but without the” all inclusive “ options if possible ! It is a waste of money ! The breakfast buffet was great !
