I was looked after very well by front conter customer service, Shohel. He was very professional and very accomdating to our needs (wife was not well, he changed our room from upstairs to ground floor, he assisted us with a late check out, when we stayed there for a conference at Holiday Inn. The conference staff were also accomodating anf friendly.
Carpert in main hallway probably needs upgrading

Enjoyed having a bath tub in the bathroom. Most hotels I've stayed in only have showers.
My room didn't have a microwave. Good to have for reheating takeaways.

Spotted some molds in the BR + long hairs obviously didn’t come from me.
No water bottles in the room → need to take the tap water which is called “filtered” but the faucet itself is also not clean.
