Close to airport, nice clean rooms
No milk in the room for coffee (my go to when I get up in the morning - rung to reception to request milk (as asked to on the pamphlet in the fridge) for my room 3x no answer went to voice recording saying noone was available to take my call) (8am in the morning) disappointing as tea, coffee was available in the room and I needed a coffee. Abit taken back to be asked to pay a $100 bond on arrival each time I stayed (stayed twice in a week) room was prepaid before arriving no mention of bonds to be paid.

The flight got cancelled at the last minute. Easy to book and to get to. Extremely comfy bed

the facilities and location
the extra costs for parking for example and airport transfers. also staff were good but they could have been little more compassionate and let me checkin earlier.as i had to wait till the other person staying with me to provide the $100 bond for the room. they only had to wait 1 hour. i had driven 4 hours to.get told to wait and after a long drive that was crazy to hear. also we had to ask for milk and had to collect it ourselves after checking in

Close proximity to airport. Reasonable parking cost.
The air conditioning was hard to control, we couldn’t warm the room up for several hours, and there were no spare blankets provided.
Milk was available ‘on request’ but took half an hour to arrive.
The documentation said there were bar snacks available but there were not - only the full restaurant meals.
