The location is very good, the rooms are large and comfortable. Food was good enough with good variety.
The soft drinks were mostly terrible, and there was always a queue to get Coke and other sparkling drinks with the meals. The toilets on the ground floor almost nerver clean, in bad state and smelly. The tables were not cleaned properly when a table was emptied and new people sat down. Often things left uncleaned and no placesets, so maybe this can be improved.

The hotel was close to the beach, the room was nice, clean but unfortunately the staff were disappointing, the parking you had to pay for and the ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE is bogus because there were no brand drinks, everything was Bulgarian made which was utterly disappointing.
The parking attendant was extremely rude and looked at you like you owe him money or something. The lifeguards didn’t speak English and there was an incident where a child pushed mine down the water slide and couldn’t converse with him. When I went to the receptionist to talk to them one of them started smiling like an idiot when I told them. No resolution was found even though my daughter got hurt by that kid pushing her. The food was extremely repetitive and not very tasty but there was always something to eat. The restaurant staff were inexperienced children working their summer, bless their hearts they were trying their best but again English was minimal.
Shame cause the Hotel is really decent and with a few twerks could be great but its NOT Ultra All Inclusive or 5 stars but a good 4* which is better then a lot of 5* I’ve been in Turkey.
