Too overrated and expensive for what it offers.

The hotel is right in the middle of the town. It is large and has a lot of restaurants to offer food and drinks. Easy access to the beach.

It was five of us placed in one room which was a surprise. They told us we were upgraded to find that our room is facing the stage and was very loud throughout the whole night as there is performance every night. No slides eventhough the ad said 6 slides. The food was ok but not great and we had to park our car further away and pay for it in addition to what we paid already, whereas the actual parking area was occupied by Romanian cars.. so priority for Romanian tourists. Overall too expensive for what we got. We will not go back to this place again.

Location great, only 30 minutes away from Burgas airports by car or taxi. 3 minutes walk form the beach. Beach is very good, soft sand and kids friendly sea (large shallow end, no steep drop into the deep). Hotel has 2 deep pools and one shallow heated pool (it is not always on, only when it is less hot outside, which makes sense), and one indoor pool. 3 slides which our 2 kids (age 7 and 9) have really enjoyed. Kids club is good and runs 2 times per day (morning and afternoon) - which is included in price. Towels for the pool and the beach can be exchanged for fresh ones any time you need, which is simply fantastic. Room key is on your hotel wrist band, and you can get one for each family member - great idea, super convenient. Soft drink and coffee machines are placed through hotel, so you can always have a drink to hand. Bar serves good alcohol and cocktails - does not taste weak or diluted. You get good bar snack throughout the day - burgers and hot dogs. Ice cream for kids. Hotel has medical centre on site, but you do need to have an insurance for it. Even with some negatives, we would gladly return to this hotel, we had a good holiday.

Staff's command of English is not enough to provide good service. Even reception was straining to understand some of our enquiries. There are some really grumpy and unfriendly individuals in reception, which is off-putting. We were checked in by a girl, who did not explain us everything about hotel facilities, and really acted like we are a bother. Not all staff is like that, but it was a spoiled experience for us. Out shower was a pain, as it was leaking through the shower screen and the floor was a constant pool of water. We have reported this to reception and had an "engineer" attending, however he did not fully rectified the issue, and because it was so hard to explain the problem in the first place (due to command of English) and mission impossible to communicate with engineer (who only spoke Bulgarian), we had to giver up, and use our towels to make is safe for kids. Food, as in many other reviews - boring and repetitive, not the best. Yes, you will not go hungry, but really reminded me a Soviet canteen. Staff handling the food, again no English, so if you need any help - you won't get it. On the positive - Indian food was fantastic, even fussy kids enjoyed it, and Chinese was a fun experience. Beach bar - bad. You will queue for 40 minutes to an hour to get a plain grilled cheese sandwich, because only one person is helping in the bar. Need 2 or 3 people. Indoor pool could be cleaner. Room cleaning - bad. Only bed were made, towels were changed, and a light wipe down in the bathroom - but not even a mirror clean. There was dust everywhere, and floors that are carpeted are not hoovered. Phone next to my bed had an ancient layer of dust, and so did the TV.

Great stay!

Just as described, everything was great, we had a wonderfull stay. Would recomend and we are looking forward to returning here.

Staff was a bit uninformed, weird process for some of the activities..you need to do a bit of detective work to find out how get acces to minigolf, the climbing wall is not available as schedualed all the time, stuff like that.

Superb

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. A large hotel, many facilities and not crowded. Well... it's not the newest hotel, but what it lacks in modernity it makes up with hospitality, cleaning and fun.

Some more food diversity in the dining room wouldn't harm anyone:-) maybe add some Middle Eastern cuisine .

One of the best choice in Sunny Beach

The hotel is very nice, has good food with 5 different restaurants and a lot of activities for children. Water slides are a big attraction for children. Even if there are not on the front row, the sunbeds on the beaches are really good option.

Not necessarily a bad thing but it would be nice to have hot milk at breakfast. Also all the beverages with or without alcohols are not too good.

The 2bedroom suites are wonderful, the only hotel room in Bulgaria that had big, accessible bathrooms. We had an issue and every staff member got involved to resolve it and make our family feel comfortable. Really a great resort for a family vacation.

I don't recommend!

The block table was nice.

- There is no shampoo, conditioner or hand cream in the room. There are mounts on the walls, but there is nothing in there. - There are no pool towels or bathrobe in the rooms. You must go and ask on the reception, so on rush hours a big line is forming and we needed to wait pretty long time for pool towels. - A pretty loud fire alarm was switching on randomly at the lobby. - One could assume that everything is included in the all-inclusive package of a 4 stars hotel, especially when on the hotel website is written that there is "nothing excluded" but we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that basic SPA services like sauna must be paid additionally. This is the first time that I was charged on top in order to use the sauna in a 4 star, all-inclusive hotel. - The parking is very expensive, the hotel charged me 15lev per day, and afterwards we found many cheaper or free options around.

Can't wait to go back!

The food was absolutely great, the staff is very nice, the room was cleaned everyday and everywhere is clean, the animation team was fun and we had a good time playing games, the spa is very nice, the massage therapists did a fine job. They have coffee and water machines on each level in hotel so you can drink some coffee in the morning without getting out of you pijammas. One night I had to call the reception because one of my neighbours was blasting some music at 11 PM and in about 4 minutes the receptionist and security handled everything and i could go to sleep.

The bread was too fresh and it breaks when spreading butter. 😁 Just joking, everything was great.

Good choice for a relaxing vacation

the food variety was great, all the staff was helpful and friendly, the spa offers were good, the gym was pretty well equipped, we really enjoyed the beach due to the fact that it was no music, all in all it was relaxing vacation, exactly what we were looking for

the smell from the trash in the bar area was annoying, the quality of the beverages could be better, some minor improvements should be performed in some areas (the wet spa, equipment for the gym), the songs played were the same every single day

The hotel managed to actually exceed my expectations – in terms of meals variety is the best hotel I have been to in BG. The heated pool outside is the reason I chose it in the first place – the rest just came as an unexpected and pleasant surprise. For sure I will chose this hotel for future trips to Sunny Beach.

The reason for the 9 - is the beach bar. I honestly could not drink any of the juices there ( like colored water all the same - tried the coke and orange juice). The coffee was ok.
