I enjoyed everything. The food was amazing and lots of it. The hotel is located very close to the beach and in the turistic center of the area with a lot of shops and activities. Every night there were activities which was very good for kids but also adults. The staff was so kind , from the cleaning ladies to the restaurant staff. I enjoyed every second of my stay there.
My room was located on the pool side of the hotel and it was a bit loud from the music at night but it was ok.

- The toilet was not working in the room. They could only fix it by the third time
- The room telefon didn't work, so I couldn't call the reception
- There was no clothes-horse in the room
- The water in the pool was really cold, nearly unusable
- Old-fashioned hotel: slow elevator, so many people, strange smell in the corridor
- Inordinate waste of the food

The hotel has an excellent location. Close to the beach, there are numerous shops and bars nearby. We also liked the food, wide variety of fruits every day.
There was an awful smell when we entered the reception area. We arrived in the morning but we couldn’t have our all inclusive bracelet until 14.00. The lunch is until 14.30, so we could eat but we didn’t really understand why we weren’t allowed to have our bracelets earlier as we went to have lunch anyway.
