We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location, breakfast and apartment were excellent, and the staff was warm and attentive. Everything we could ask for. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Strasbourg.
There is an elevator to access the rooms in the first building, but the apartments in the back building are reached by stairs only. It was not a problem whatsoever, since the staff carried all our luggage to the apartment, they were fantastic.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast offered with an emphasis on locally sourced and typical produce. The same area can be used throughout the day with complimentary water and warm drinks and is a plus.

Great location
The property just seemed worn down and dated and the room was clean overall but just didn’t feel clean. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night as well and we didn’t really get any direction from the staff, just a lot of confusion until we were told it was a false alarm and could go back to our rooms.
