The location was perfect and considering it is in the centre was very quiet. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable, as was the bed. Air con worked well. Coffee machine and access to water.
Sink in bathroom was clogged and asked 3 times for this to be resolved. It was not. Decor very tired and needs updating. Hairdryer cord not long enough to use when looking in mirror, or add a plug point. Be good to have brighter lights in room as very dark, as curtains pulled because there were no nets or blind to stop people seeing directly in.

Situation. We were at The Cathedral and in the centre. It was fantastic no need for taxis
Staff were so lovely and couldn’t do more for us.
Our room was immaculate with beautiful fluffy white towels in the bathroom I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Strasbourg. Great value too
There wasn’t anything not to like We hit it lucky getting in to it and we’re delighted
