I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arok! The staff member who checked me in was absolutely delightfu, so warm, friendly and welcoming. He was also able to arrange an earlier check-in for me, which was such a wonderful start to my first time in Strasbourg, especially after a very long journey from Sydney.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, right near the train station, while still being only a short walk from everything you need and all the main sights.
I had such a lovely experience and would highly recommend Hotel Arok. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location right across the street from the train station . Short walk to petite France

Location was good, room was spacious and clean, nice breakfast.
Amenities lacking. No water, coffee or tea service/kettle in room. Going to a different building for a coffee is not convenient. Also no body lotion ( typical amenity in hotels.)
