The location was good. The bathroom large, the bed good. The staff was great and the breakfast. We also had a free pass to the gym and it was right next to a bike rental, which was very convenient to get to see the sites. Otherwise, you would’ve had to walk.
Right above the 24hr tram. Horrible pillows. Tight quarters.

In short: it's not worth 110 euros/night for a single room.
My window provided a nice view of the river. The bed is comfortable, and the room is adequate for a single stay, but it may be insufficient for two. The bathroom was small but functional, with no toiletries.
No air-conditioning! There was a small tower fan / ventilator, but it was insufficient and ineffective. By late at nite, the street was noisy, with trams and people shouting.
Breakfast lacked fresh vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes. There are three cheese options and two types of pepperoni (chicken and pork). The baguette was delicious, and there was fresh orange juice and a decent tea selection. The fruits were not fresh and had a lot of flies. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a glass water bottle in the room that could be filled next to reception, but it was dirty and appeared to have been used previously.
There is no parking. The hotel gives you a ticket for indoor parking, which is a five-minute walk away. Going there and returning with the car to pick up the bags wasn't very pleasant. Parking cost me 28 euros (it stated 31 euros without a hotel discount ticket).

Location is very good, right next to the beautiful river and old town. Room had large windows which I could open.
Hotel room has no ventilation and of course no air conditioning. I can’t imagine to stay there during warm weather.
Breakfast was quite modest.
Room was small, enough big for one person, but definitely not for two persons with large suitcases.
