The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and comfortable as always, and I had a nice view of the canal. I enjoyed the working space and the availability of drinks, food, and games.
The shower would leak some water under the door which required a towel to be placed there.

Right next to the tram, easy into town and to the football. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable

It was clean and it was convenient
The check in process was totally inadequate. Very small area and only one member of staff checking people and there was along queue.
