Very nice and clean rooms. I could sleep with my window open. I liked the natural styles of the hotel and the rooms.

I've stayed here several times always enjoy it, and would definitely come back. As before, it is a great location with convenient access to transit. Interesting historic building. As with my previous stays, room was a good size with lots of storage space. Was able to check-in early which I really appreciated.

Location. The staff member that worked on the evening of the 5th sept was exceptional and fulfilled a request for pillows and a glass.
One of the reception staff were very rude and dismissive in fact she barely looked up from her phone when we were speaking to her (unlike the lovely member of staff on the 5th sept ). She would not allow us a glass or a pillow . No air con is also an issue
