Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa

After an intense Formula 1 weekend, all we needed was some peace and relaxation, and the hotel truly met our expectations. The staff were very friendly, and there was an excellent selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. It is a perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the noise and relax. The hotel is mostly popular with older guests, so the atmosphere is very peaceful and calm. Everything feels elegant and luxurious. They also prepare excellent cocktails at very reasonable prices.

The hotel is not very close to the Hévíz Thermal Lake, which is about a 20-minute walk away.

Everything was lovely! There was plenty of space, the food was good, the room was comfortable - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was great!

The overall facility looks big, great parking, friendly staff. The only real positive thing about it is the food. A lot of varied food and delicious.

This is not a real 5 star hotel I wonder how people rate it with 10. (unless they never been in a real 5 star hotel). This is looking more-likely like a medical resort, with a lot of mature people coming for thermal treatment. It looks like a former comunist hotel with a little makeover, but minimal. iam sorry to say it but looks cheap. Room was decent but modest and a tiny bathroom. In our room the toiletries were not new, but used. Bed sheet felt like worn. The restaurant looks like a cantina, zero decor, but clean. We booked 2 nights on our way back from a vacation in Austria but we left after 1st night. They may have a great medical spa, but its not correct to be advertised as a 5 star hotel.

The position of the hotel

This is the 2nd visit to this hotel. I tried, but this is the last time. It's clearly not 5 stars. Only the price is 5 stars. The facilities and the restaurant at most 3.Extremely poor breakfast, without a coffee machine, bored waiters, and little food. Dinner the same. I paid for 4 days and stayed for 3, precisely because it is inconvenient not to have anything to eat at this price.For this money you can find much better hotels. I do not recommend.
