I chose the Indigo as it was close to the Lido (for the film festival) and the Art Biennale which was just walking distance. It was perfect. Nice to feel part of normal life…

Such a beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 5 star. So much variety
It was maybe a little far from the centre but I enjoyed that it was more filled more with locals and had a very relaxed quite family feel

Location and very clean
Initially we were allocated a room that differed to what we had booked. Staff blamed booking.com for supplying incorrect information. Eventually we were allocated the correct room.
When we dined in the restaurant there was a mix up with our bill and an additional dish was added that we didn’t have. When we tried to resolve this staff weren’t particularly helpful and they were arguing in front of us. This was very awkward and it took some time to resolve.
The garden view room had very little space at the side of the bed particularly at the window side.
