Pleasant

The concept of the hotel is very nice. It is on the beach. You have parking space. The room size in ok. Wifi acces good.

The room we stayed in needs renovation. Breakfast served quite simply by grumpy people. The resort is very beautiful, but in the same premises there is also a recovery center for people with various ailments. The smell in the hotel hallways is similar to that of a hospital because of the chlorine-based disinfectant. The bathroom is large with two showers, unfortunately one was clogged and there were traces of mold on the wall. The place is beautiful but clearly needs renovation and more attention to important details.

Yeah, great beach but unfriendly.

The location was great

The staff unpleasant. We got shouted at everyday, for not knowing that we had to book out door sunbeds. We were charged 20 euros for those at the end of the stay with out being told. The attendants were so rude! We were also shouted at, for not knowing that we couldn’t just go swimming but we had to ‘prepare’ with bath robs snd shower caps! The children just wanted a splash around. When the swimming pool attendant shouted at us again for leaving sand in the dressing room we gave up. Only to be then shouted at again by the receptionist. The resort is on the beach and the water tap to wash your feet is on the beach so you have to walk through the sand again 😂. the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and I didn’t ever find the gym or the entertainment. Let down to be honest.

Breakfast was great

I did not expect to have to pay for the beds on the resort's "private beach". Also, the thermal baths are a joke. The building was clearly exclusive at one point, but is missing maintenance, painting, new furniture, landscaping to make it an up-to-date hotel. I had no choice because there is nothing else in the area, but I definitely found it to be overpriced for what it is.

Disappointed, does not look like the pictures. Friendly Staff and nice breakfast.

Rooms need updating, pool is part of a spa for Public. Limited access. Private Beach but you pay for loungers. Limited food service.

Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the risk of poor sleep and broken air con.

Nice terrace for breakfast overlooking the beach.

Air con wasn’t working and were only told this on second night of our stay. There was also an odd, persistent clunking sound in the ceiling/roof. Staff were polite but weren’t able to identify the cause and weren’t able to change rooms. As a result, very poor sleep both nights. Had paid extra to upgrade to this room with beach access but was effectively ruined due to poor sleep.

Stunning location on beautiful beach

Beach was stunning we had the water front units. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good amount of space for everything. Room was beside a public access to the beach, they absolutely need to provide some privacy for this room. Also can’t lock the doors from the outside so if you wanted to go for a walk on the beach you would need to go from the inner door and walk around

Stepping from the room to the beach and a wonderful sea view. The room was cosy and spacioius.

The facilities are quite old and not in the best condition.

Pleasant spot to enjoy the beach and lay your head!

We arrived here after traveling for over 24 hours to the most pleasant wonderful beach location. we were 4 friends to a room and it was plenty of space for just one night before boarding our cruise in Ravenna. This is more a place for locals to stay on vacation but it was just wonderful for our little stay. The restaurant next door was awesome and very accommodating to 4 girlfriends with jet lag that just wanted to indulge in pizza and prosecco. The rooms are pleasantly arranged. Two twin beds and one queen. The bathroom was quite spacious and everything is very updated. With the heat it was great to come back to a very well cooled room. The morning breakfast was more than we could have asked for. Pretty much had everything you wanted including eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, bread, etc. Espresso machine and juice machine was over the top. Only thing lacking was no Prosecco😢. Make sure to check out the art exhibit down stairs next to the lobby too. Would stay here in a heart beat if I find myself in Ravenna again.

Amazing location

Directly on the beach! Two showers are very convenient. Extremely good Wifi: I got consistently more then 60mbit upload and download and even had a good Wifi signal on the beach!

The staff aren't nice, only the front desk lady is. We walk to the outdoor cafeteria, two young boys were working, fighting each other very loud in front of us. When we approach to say we had a reservation and I mentioned the last name he laughed in my face. I think the pronunciation of the name sounded funny to him. No manners at all.

The air conditioning in the room is poor. The Hotel is dirty and the staff is not too nice!

So so.

Exceptional breakfast. Nice modern room. Great shower.

The pool was not for swimming and hotel guests seemed out of place. Aerobic classes and kid swimming lessons took over the place. Actual swimming for exercise - forget it. Also no soap or shampoo in shower even when notified.

Great stay directly on the beach

Beautifully located at the beach; nice reception desk and breakfast service; rooms are very functional but still fair. overall it is great place to stay.
