Great value for money, its on the rainy side of the island, always more cloudy and windy, but the scenery around is just breathtaking! Sunrise at the seaside is a must! It takes only 8 min to reach the airport! Rooms needs some renovation, but you have everything you need and bed was quite comfy. Pool area is amazing! Breakfast vas very nice, good quality and nice variety.
The WIFI is really bad - overall situation everywhere. Card reader was also not working, had to take cash from ATM - incl fee of course.

The hotel's amenities are on par with most hotels in the Canary Islands (meaning they could use an upgrade, but they're acceptable). During the first few days, when the hotel was only half full, the staff was friendly and cheerful and handled everything well. Good drinks included in the all-inclusive package.
During the second half of our stay, when the hotel filled up, chaos reigned in every aspect. The number of staff members was severely underestimated, and they simply couldn’t keep up with anything. There wasn’t enough food, drink service was slow, there wasn’t enough space for evening entertainment… and on top of that, the staff wasn’t very friendly. The food was mostly unappetizing and always cold (throughout our entire stay). Several times, we decided to go eat somewhere else instead. I think the hotel should work on improving the quality of the food and hire a lot more staff. Actually, we were glad to head home once the hotel filled up with more guests.
