The property is stunning,what is missing is staff ,they are under staffed ,you wait for everything, check in ,check
Out ,drinks,food .And you can feel people are stressed ,they are answering not in the kind way ,like we have been sent by receptionist to take the glasses for the Cava from the bar ourselves.One 5 star hotel shouldn’t have this situation .

Breakfast was splendid. The staff were very friendly, beautiful people and beautiful smiles always. They were also very helpful, always attentive to any questions asked. Sunday evening with Senor Rodriques was a great treat - best live music I've ever attended.

A peaceful location off a main road. It had a long approach within a beautiful garden. The main road had a regular bus route with a flat fare - easy to use - and the hop on/off bus stop close to hotel. Junior suite was lovely and we were lucky to have a terrace overlooking the gardens. It was well serviced and clean. Overall, all environments were beautiful. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and sitting outside overlooking the gardens was a lovely start to the day. The pond with turtles at one end was a bonus- they were checked by the local aquarium and fed by the staff. All staff were helpful and spoke good English
Not all restaurants open in August. Tea and coffee in the room not the best- lucky to have a kettle as well as coffee machine so bought own. Had a cooler rather than fridge so milk had limited life.

The breakfast was great. Good variety and very friendly staff.
The room was very dark with very little natural and artificial lighting. Also there was a city event with very loud live music and singing during the night. Very inconvenient and no warning. Very dissapointed.
