2 visit. The room was bigger than expected with a small lounge area, bed and bedding very comfortable. We requested a quiet room and got an end of corridor room, really quiet.
Shower door leaks water all over the floor, the instant coffee is poor

Loved the property so close to bus stops for local and hop on hop off bus. Taxi rank just to the side of the hotel. Great breakfast, staff so helpful and friendly and huge rooms. So close to shops, supermarkets and eateries. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, I’d certainly stay here again.

We were competing at the nearby pool and it was so easy, quick and efficient to get to. The bed and pillow was super comfortable and large enough for me to comfortably share with my friend. The reception staff were helpful and friendlty.
The toilet door had a gap so my friends could see me using the bathroom! We also had trouble woth the showere where it took about 8-10 minutes to heat up. So we had to leave it running for ages before we could get in. The shower also leaked into the toilet area.

We booked a wheelchair accessible room, this wasn’t provided until we complained despite requesting one. The room we stayed in was hugely disappointing. Sink plug was missing the sealing washer and didn’t hold water

Flooring had holes in it
Poor hanging space
Rails beside toilet insecure
Shower floods bathroom floor
No spoons with tea and coffee making facs
Steamer which leaks boiling water onto your hand by the switch
