The location was excellent in a quiet but central part of the old town. The rooms were of a large size and had all the mod cons and a decorated in a modern style. The roof top pool was of decent size for the number of rooms in the hotel and there was plenty sun lounger’s and chairs. All staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. If I come back again to Las Palmas I would definitely stay at the hotel again. Had such a relaxing holiday.

The staff was really nice and very accommodating when our flight got canceled and we asked to extend our checkout time!
The breakfast wasn't really for me but that's a personal preference I guess.

It's modern, everything seems new. And it's very quiet despite being nicely located.
It was dirty. We found hairs everywhere, food/dirt on the tables, walls, and on the floor in both bedroom and bathroom. The pool is much tinker than what the pictures show.
