Very well located, very nice staff, very nice old building...This hotel is perfect for a gateway in Las Palmas. Plus, very nice customer service : I forgot my ring in the room, they called, send a text and an e-mail!

It is a beautiful hotel and there are spacious rooms. The bed is very comfortable.
In our room at night there was some kind of machine making a noise which was annoying to get to sleep. Eventually we slept but it was disturbing.

Well positioned for the old parts of the city. Very welcoming reception on arrival. Very clean room.
The (standard) room was very small and dark. All lighting is touch screen controlled and not overly intuitive. No ventilation in the bathroom. Poor breakfast. And there was a christmas market on the terrace which limited seating for guests.
