Preisleistung, sehr gut, aber nie mehr mit Essen. Das lohnt sich nicht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war okay Badezimmer relativ groß leider keine Dusche nur eine Badewanne.

Ich hab all Inklusiv gehabt das Essen katastrophal Getränke gab es auch. Nur drei alkoholische Getränke pro Essenszeit bin ich gar nicht gewöhnt nicht mal das Frühstück ist genießbar aber für den Preis will ich nicht schimpfen.

Dobra lokalizacja, dobre jedzenie i dobra cena.

Lokalizacja blisko plaży. Dość bogate i smaczne posiłki. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Wielkość łazienki. Wygodne łóżka. Miły i pomocny personel.

Brak miejsc postojowych w okolicy. Brzydki widok z okna. Brak stolika i krzeseł. Brak lodówki.

Für den Urlaub außerhalb der Saison-Zeit ist das Hotel süß und schön.

Die Warmherzigkeit des Personals.

Es war nur 1 Mensch immer an der Rezeption, und bei dem Andrang von Menschen habe ich 30 min für eine kleine Frage gewartet. Aufzug ist Katastrophe - viel zu lange wartet man.

El hotel en si no está mal La cafetería / bar

El servicio no se corresponde con un hotel de 3*** No hay ‘amenities’ a disposición de los huéspedes (champú, peine, gorro de ducha, etc.) La comida del bufet de la cena de mala calidad y poco elaborada El horario de la cena era hasta las 21:45 h y a las 21:15 h se agotaron algunos platos que ya no repusieron Estuvimos 3 días sin que nos rellenaran el gel de la ducha, aunque lo reclamamos en recepción Un día no nos limpiaron y arreglaron la habitación Pocos ascensores para la cantidad de pisos y habitaciones y por lo tanto mucho tiempo de espera El aire acondicionado no funcionaba Ruido de motores en la habitación durante toda la noche Dificilísimo aparcar por la noche en la zona Sensación de inseguridad por la noche en la zona

Hotel sencillo pero cerca de la playa

Las camas Muy cómodas. El desayuno variado. Y el personal muy simpático

Poca variedad en las cenas. Mucho ruido al cerrar las puertas Porque son pesadas y se cierran con portazo. Los turistas que se alojaban eran muy ruidosos a altas horas de la madrugada

Gute Lage für diesen Preis

Nahe am Strand, gut mit Bus A2 vom Flughafen zu erreichen, Bus 25 fährt zur Kathedrale von Palma, Essen war okay, alles da. Hotelzimmer sind renoviert, Zimmer ohne Balkon hat Blick in hässlichen Innenhof. Personal ist freundlich und kompetent

Pool ist kalt und klein. Speisesaal faast nur 150 Personen, das gibt draußen Warteschlangen beim Abendessen weil ca 400 Gäste da waren. Speisesaal ist sehr laut, auch vom Stühle rutschen Essenszeit mittags 13 bis 14.45 Uhr, abends 19.30 bis 21.30 Uhr. Das ist mit Kindern unpraktisch. Im Zimmer ist stets das nNotlicht an, das stört beim Schlafen. Bisschen hellhörig ist s auch.

Pleasant stay

Location. Price. Hotel stuff. Hotel room. Hotel food. Hotel was near to the centre of Mallorca / shops / bus stops / restaurants / to the everything what you can need.

Dining room was during dinners regullarly busy. It was not possible to find the unoccupied table. (I would recommend to the hotel director to offer to the customers a dinner booking in advance in order not to wait for dinner 20 min and more). During the night there were extremely noisy hotel customers. Sometimes it was not easy to get asleep.

Отель хороший, новый и чистый🙌🏻 Действительно близко к пляжу , буквально две минуты , много хороших заведений рядом для вкусного ужина. Питание в отеле немного однообразное,завтрак каждый день одинаковый. Один раз в неделю были креветки и роллы.Но все было достаточно вкусно, поэтому цена качество соответствует на все 10 баллов) Проблема с лифтом действительно есть, но это терпимо. Мы жили на шестом этаже и спускались пешком , на первом этаже лифт долго ждать не приходилось.

Женщина, работающая уборщицей,заходила в номер без стука и говорила «сегодня убирать не нужно,да?», это было не очень приятно и профессионально с ее стороны) Но при просьбе убраться она выполняла все очень хорошо😌

The area is quite grimy and not in a nice part of Mallorca. It was a layover stay for my family and I would not return

Close to the beach, nice staff

Beds are hard and pillows are half size. The shower has a curtain and needs a serious update. We paid 156 dollars for two rooms and breakfast. I thought it was a fair enough price until we arrived. The rooms had three beds each so we didn’t really need two rooms. The breakfast buffet was really bad. The coffee machine didn’t have milk and made terrible coffee and the options were very limited and flavourless.

A clean, adequate hotel in the German party resort of S'Arenal.

The location - about 20 steps from the front door to beach. It was in the heart of the resort- although harbour end, rather than Megapark. It was next to a supermarket. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. For a 3 star hotel, there was plenty of food and the eating hours were long to give flexibility to the day. We personally liked having the sheltered lounging area near the pool as well as the sunnier areas and the bar was inside to give shelter from the sun. We found the German party goers fun, however the week we went -1st week of July- it is German 18-30 partying in the whole resort and everything - shops, bars etc is geared for this.

Due to the current heat wave and humidity, there are mosquitoes in the areas without air conditioning eg foyer, restaurant. The pool was a bone of contention. It is about 5m long so more like a plunge pool, than a swimming pool. Theres no sunloungers around it so if you want to lie by the pool all day - not for you. You can sit at the tables/ be in the pool but it's tables and chairs.

Everything! Room to small, mosquitoes in my room, air con didn't work, no windows for fresh air, a loud noise coming from some where most of the day in our room, very noisy guests all night to 4am, food not that good!

If you need a place for sleeping not for relaxing or enjoy ,you can book that hotel, i will not.

The room was clean but WC was not dry so smell terrible. We have the schedule of breakfast and dinner at 9:30-10:15 and 21:30-22-15, which was too late for dinner. The menu is too simple with ham, egg and fruit, they are similar everyday. Specially the water machine in the eating room was rust. I had never used it for pure water. The most of problem that we must find a parking slot direct in the street. You will not know what risk is awaiting your rent car. And we did not want to leave the parking slot because you will not easy find a slot again. At the end, our rent car was not moving for 3 days. Every day we must check our car.

it’s value for money

Perfect for a solo traveller. It is located close to everything! shops, restaurants, beach, pharmacy and transport

well the buffet, can it be a bit healthier? like enforce mask while walking around the food, cleaner/neat plates + cups etc and my vents!! omg I was breathing in dust every time I turned on the air conditioning, I fell sick!

Everything was perfect. Bed are new... you will have a great sleeping night Buffet is great quality, on saturday they have sushi Special thanks to the stuff all really nice peole a real thank you and in special Carmen at the bar she is really nice person

The isolation between rooms are not ok if you have a loud person that not respect night silence or morning silence you will feel it.

Friensly staff, close to beach but rooms in need of attention and food basic.

staff very friendly and helpful. rooms cleaned every day.

Rooms were aged and in need of care and attention. drawers had no bottoms, patio door broken. Food was okay but cold. Pool very small and in shade all the time. all inclusive options very limited.

Great location, good value for money nice weather. Worth it

Great location from the beach ( about 2/3min). Not far from airport 10-15 min by taxi. The all inclusive is a good value for money.

Limited on the type of drinks available ( wine and beer no cocktails) in the all inclusive but not a huge problem.
