Location and Louise on reception who did his best.
The house-keeping was APPALLING. Room not made up at all one day. Five days out of seven we were not left enough towels. Coffee/milk/biscuit supply a complete lottery with only the first day when all three were available. Checkout " Checking out? You have already paid, that's it thank you. Bye." A very poor show for £90 a night minimum.

Good location, free parking
Pet charge was unfairly expensive and not made clear. Also no air con, it was hot and sweaty
