Loved the chilled vibe of the place- it was beautiful. Staff were really friendly and helpful ( with the exception of the male that run the shuttle boat service between the hotels ! - he was rude!) Rooms were great and food was lovely. Entertainment was perfect for us- low key and finishing at a reasonable hour
I think there should be more information available. The app doesn't provide great information. There is no information displayed about trips or options to book your own tax- only guest services, and unless you know what you are asking- its not much help. The water taxis to the other hotels are displayed on a laminated sheet on reception and the bars, but you hardly notice them. I think there should be a pack in each room personally

The beach area - always enough sun beds - the beach restaurant, the freedom the kids have to run around on their own as it’s a private beach. The food at the Asian restaurant was amazing!
The kids club was very disappointing, the area was tired and run down, very little for kids to play with, staff not enthusiastic. I chose this hotel as it had a kids club so I could have a break, but my daughter didn’t like it, she has always gone to kids clubs at other hotels and at another Grecotel but there was not enough to keep them entertained and very few children went. This really needs to be improved as it really lets the hotel down.

Clean hotel, open space, big area..restaurants really good selections, very happy with options, other restaurants were really good too. Beach was pristine, amazing beach for families, palm trees allowing shades.
Swimming pool not adequate for the hotel size.
