Loved the pool which was larger than expected and a perfect temperature. Bed was comfy and loved the blackout shutters. Good breakfast and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk to the town. Staff were very friendly.
Decor in reception and in the communal areas was tired and dated.

I had a lovely stay! Perfect for a 1-night stay, room had everything I needed. Gouvia is a great location with plenty of restaurants and can easily travel by bus affordably to old town and other beaches
The lady at receptionist who was english was so inviting and kind. Especially travelling alone she made me feel very comfortable.
A small variety of fruit for breakfast was offered
The guests were reserving their sun loungers with their towels quite early so there were only a few sun loungers left!

We were actually amazed by this hotel and most especially by the staff. Everyone bent over backwards to help us and seemed to make our holiday their personal priority.
The only problem we had was that every other guest seemed to be on their balconies smoking. That meant that we had to keep our doors closed and rely on air conditioning for ventilation.
