The hotel was in a great location, near to the underground station but overlooking Dorset Square.

Location was excellent, 2 mins walk from Marylebone station
Bedroom was a good size
Bathroom was very small
Reception area was very cluttered and dusty
No tea and coffee in the rooms, there was a coffee pod machine in the reception but it was dirty
Room wasn't ready on arrival even though it was after check in time
Room wasn't particularly clean and there was dust everywhere
Overall the hotel was very run down
