Service was great and the room was a place to sleep.

Staff was super friendly and helped with all our questions. Included breakfast and bar was excellent. Room was cleaned every day. Rainfall shower was nice.

Rooms could have been larger. No real room to open up your bags unless they were on the bed.

Overall comfortable and quitet.

The service and help were exemplary. Kind but not intrusive.

The breakfast was not to my liking at all. I like something a little special when i am away and found the choice limited and disappointing. A new toaster would be a start! A limited cereal selection and no choice of bread type, not much choice with fruit either in whole or juice form.

Very clean, well maintained. Dining area comfortable and clean. Room cleaning staff very thorough. Room may be small but ample storage space, good sized ensuite comfortable bed, big flat screen tv, plenty of channels, good WiFi. Location very good, easily accessible. All staff are extremely pleasant.

Need to be clear that hotel split over 3 different buildings. Persistent problem with TV sound but easily resolved. Only real negative, appeared to have poor disabled access.

Easily one of our favourite hotels we stayed in London! We were upgraded upon arrival and the staff were very accommodat

The hotel is located near tube stations and bus stops, it’s very easy to get around and it’s also walking distance to Hyde Park and Marble Arch! Our room were very clean and supplied with amenities, the bathroom were spacious!

Very central & comfortable stay with lovely staff!

Great central location, modern rooms, adjustable temperature was great, very clean and room cleaned everyday, good hairdryer, iron and board, good selection of coffee, tea and water provided free in room and comfortable bed!

No ventilation in the room, could of done with some fresh air. Better supply of shampoos and soap needed. Not much sound proofing in the building could hear everyone in the halls and upstairs moving chairs etc .. not a problem for me as I sleep heavy but it woke my partner often.

my room was incredibly noisy - not from the outside road but I was on the lower ground floor and it seemed like all through the night whenever someone’s heating, shower or toilet was used I could hear it in my room - like an aircraft taking off - highly annoying.

nice place but there are better ones in the same area.

The location was awesome and the overall vibes of the place were cute.

The bed was hard and the room that we were in was under the stairs so it was loud all hours of the night / morning.

Massive construction in front which explains the value. Also at this price point it attracts a younger, party crowd the night that I was there (it was a Sunday night)

Does not recognise regular guest.

Rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are nice too.

Staff do not recognise regular guest, we know almost all the receptionist but they don’t know us. We were told to “book directly to be recognised” which doesn’t seem nice when you have a guest that stays every few weeks.
