We stayed in a king room and it had a big bed with comfy pillows. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for the night. Staff were very friendly and polite during check-in/out. Great location close to the tube and train station.
It would have been nice to have more than one plug socket. Not much space for bags or for hanging clothes so if you wanted to stay for a few days it might be a bit too cramped. Also, the lift only goes to the 2nd floor so be aware you may have to climb some steep stairs.
