Je n'ai rien aimé

Publicité mensongère ! photos de 3 appartements mélangés. Je pensais en arrivant avoir réservé le dernier étage avec vue sur la mer, malheureusement après avoir parcouru 900 kms ma déception ! - Appartement au 1er étage sans vue (vue sur un parking avec tags) - Impossible d' utiliser la terrasse (odeur nauséabonde) - literie inconfortable !!! des planches autour du lit qui lorsqu'on s'allonge cogne, - bruit des descentes des eaux et utilisation des eaux toute la nuit IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR - équipement désué, pas digne d'un Ressort Aprés une nuit épouvantable sans dormie malgré la fatigue de la route, J'ai demandé un remboursement : Là j'ai appris alors que sur le site rien n est respecté et indiqué que le week-end c'est plus cher : on m'a retenu le prix d'une nuit 250 euros alors que j'avais réservé 4 nuits 533 euros, cherchez l'erreur !!! Lorsque vous réservez, prenez des renseignements, soyez vigilant !!!! J'ai prévenu BOOKING c'est la première fois que je me retrouve dans une telle situation !

Que estaba al final del Todo y q el sofá necesita un lavado. El restaurante de la urbanización muy normalito.

Muy bien para ir con niños

Muy buena ubicación, enfrente hay la playa y en la misma calle hay una parada de bus que te deja en el centro de Valencia. Zona tranquila para ir con niños

It was ok for 3 days because we used the restaurant a lot convenient

It has security restaurant and pretty views from apartment.

Parking is very difficult and very small . Not too many kitchen items. Bathroom had soap in little bags . We like other kind of bar and shampoo. Very old furniture

O resort é de frente para a praia. Facilidade na locomoção; Estacionamento em frente. Sistema de segurança perfeito. Há restaurante onde são servidas refeições diversas. Ambiente muito bom. Aceitou o nosso pet. Recomendamos.

Communal facilities at the resort were great, the pool was perfect! Excellent location, only 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurant at the resort was also good value for money.

Sofa bed not suitable to sit 4 people,very small and uncomfortable, two of us had to sit on garden chairs to relax in the evening, not great!

The location was great for us, just across the beach with a bus stop very close to go to Valencia. They sorted the transfers for us too, and it was really good communication

good value for money. disappointed, swimming pool was not working.

during the booking process is was not very clear (in fact any information was missing) about operational times for the swimming pool. The first picture when booking the property was with the swimming pool in it. Swimming pool was our top criteria for booking. naturally, we are disappointed that in the month of April (30 deg temperature), swimming pool was not accessible.

Patacona Resort Family Holiday

The pool at this apartment complex was beautiful and also very large with long opening hours. The lovely sandy beach was only a few minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a self catering family holiday with a well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine). We loved sitting on our balcony and looking at the view over the pool and sea. The air-con was also much appreciated. It was very easy to catch the bus into Valencia. The company were very responsive when I contacted them via the booking.com app with an enquiry. Overall we had a really lovely restful holiday.

It would have been useful to have more pegs to hang out the washing in the laundry area at the back of the apartment. Also some instructions on how to use some of the devices in the apartment such as the air-con and the intercom would have been useful. Key collection was a little bit complicated but luckily as we had read reviews on here we were prepared. We arrived on a Sunday evening - so had to pick up the key from a drop box outside the office building which is located a little way down the street from the resort itself (this is a different building to the resort complex). The instructions I received were easy to follow and it did not take us long to get the key and find our apartment. On a positive note there is a little shop located next to the key collection office which said it was open 24 hours so even on a Sunday evening we were able to pick up some basic essentials.

great location, could use some finishing touches.

the location

lack of information - no beach towels, no information about bins and on-site staff said they had no idea about how we could hire mini golf equipment! pool could have opened earlier in the morning. no hand soap in the apartment and only one key for a family wasn’t always ideal.

Excellent apartment , perfect location , great leisure facilities and if you are looking to embrace the cultural aspects the city centre is only 15 minutes away in a taxi

we felt the pool could open a little earlier than 11:00

The property was ok. nothing flash. it’s more of an apartment complex rather than a “resort”. the checkin/checkout is offsite and there’s no reception desk. what is called the reception is really the security desk.

We liked the location of the apartment next to the beach and swimming pool. Views from balcony were amazing and balcony was big enough to have breakfast of four people.

The apartment was far away from the old town (1h by bus) and 40 minutes away from the science and art complex. Moreover, air conditioner in the apartment was old and not working properly, only lounge and one bedroom were getting cold.

The reception is in another building and the receptionists do not speak english at all, so it took us 1 hour to understand where the location was. It would be nice to add this to the booking specifications. The room furniture was old and rusty and there was a weird smell in the apartment. They should buy new furniture.

I had no interaction with reception aside from opening a safety deposit box. The security guard protecting the box was stern and only spoke Spanish.

Balacony and the view, good value overall.

Challenging to get checked in, especially after 20h. For some reason, the office they're residing is closed for entrance and they want you to come there anyway. Too little shampoo and shover gales, no duvets. The floor was dirty as well. Also, they have a silly notice that says that you will pay €50 fine If you don't clean your dishes, gooosh...
