The location was great. Everything was walking distance, lots of cafes, stores, close to old town etc. the breakfast is great. Little treats from the hotel to welcome us was so nice! Veranda and the sitting area was very nice.

The location was great as we were close to the harbour , shops, restaurants and a lovely park next door with a great cafe.
The breakfast was great with lots of variety and the time period was long enough to suit your needs. You could eat early if you had to leave for an excursion or later if you were relaxing.
I think the restaurant lacked a restaurant and a swimming pool with sauna or a small gym.

A very chic hotel - very clean, marble floors and staircases. Room was great with large bathroom, sitting area, and walk-in dressing closset. Great shower..

Junior Suite was on the front of the the hotel and hotel signs above the windows were illuminated all night. Blinds did not block out the light so it was disturbing and affected sleep.
The underground car park was free, but if you used your car during your stay, the hotel would not guarantee that your place would be available on your return. As street parking was impossible during our stay, we did not use our rental car as there was no guarantee we could return to the hotel car park! We used buses!
The music noise from a bar opposite the hotel was horrendous, especially on Thursday and Friday night. Motor bikers visiting the bar added loud exhaust noise to the music.
