The hotel is perfectly located; the bustle of the city center and port taverns is not noticeable despite the proximity of the Venetian port, which helps you relax after exploring the charming city and island. The rooms are decently equipped and air-conditioned, and their small size proves to be no problem for shorter stays. Each room has a small but, above all, clean and well-equipped bathroom. The biggest advantage is, of course, the excellent, courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. We can always count on a clean room, a smile, assistance, and great tips from the lovely ladies who take care of guests and the property. The breakfasts at the nearby restaurant are quite delicious. The place is highly recommended. We spent an extremely pleasant week in Chania.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic—attentive, very kind, and highly professional. They truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location is also perfect, right in the heart of downtown and within easy proximity of the main tourist attractions and venues. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The location and staff are amazing. Everything was clean, and the staff was very helpful.
The room and bathroom were very small. The shower had no doors and water went everywhere every single time. The proofing was not great, we heard the neighbours and the people in the lobby quite loud.
