Location was exceptional. Staff communication about parking and check in was fantastic. Room was unique and very large. Patio was awesome. I enjoyed the in room breakfast that we could eat on our patio. There was also a communal space.
It needed black out curtains over patio door and the extra pillows were a bit musty.

The top floor room and terrace overlooking the harbour was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip to Crete.

Location of the hotel was excellent and the room was great as there was a lot of space.
We had a little issue getting into the hotel, but a phone call fixed it immediately.
