We had a perfect experience!
First of all, the location simply couldn’t be better: waking up in the morning to the beautiful blue sea, enjoying the nightlife of the gorgeous old harbor, with all the restaurants and entertainment just a few steps away.
We booked room B6, which is larger than average, and were given a beautiful, huge, stylish and comfortable room. Simply perfect!
The breakfasts were elegant and beautifully presented, and everything was clean and beautifully designed.
And the highlight of all: the amazing hotel staff.
Everyone was professional and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. I would especially like to mention Anita and Angie and thank them once again.
There is no doubt that we will return to this hotel!

Great location and view, good room size with tasteful decor
The bathroom in our suite was awful. Poorly done, water leaked everywhere and had caused flooring to become warped and sticking up dangerously. There was nowhere to put any bathroom products, towels etc, and nowhere to get ready. Other things were cheap, like the tissues and loo roll were industrial 1* quality. The sofas were also cheap quality and uncomfortable. The space and the view were very good however, and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was buffet style and again, something you’d expect in a low-cost B&B. Extremely poor compared to other properties in Chania town that we’ve stayed in over the years.
