My room was spectacular
The stairs was very difficult and I had a large suitcase as I was travelling for 3 weeks

The room was beautiful and even though you're right in the centre of town, there is a peace and tranquility to the hotel. Perfect location for exploring Chania and being nearby amazing restaurants and the harbour. The team were so helpful and attentive as well.

The location was good. The fit and interior decoration, including lighting, were good. Staff on the phone and online were pleasant.
The room was not what was shown to sell the suite and room. The soundproofing was not great. Could hear next door and the chairs outside were used by people who were loud and drunk until very late.
