Upon arrival, reception (Eva) greeted us with a big smile before explaing everything. Walked into our room, wow, lovely, clean, spacious, with the best view to wake up to every morning from our comfortable bed! Cleaning staff was helpful, chatty, and nothing too much trouble. Midway through the stay, we walked in to find wine and glasses from the staff. Was a nice touch during the holiday. Provisions catered for with tea, coffee, kettle, nespresso machine and pods, and a good working fridge. Smart t.v. to use at your leisure when resting. Air con helped during the night adding to a comfortable rest. Bathroom spacious, and all well lit! Location right in the heart of everything, and don't be afraid to walk further than side streets as there are department stores etc to be found locally by foot. Boat trips galore to choose too, which we did midweek.
Didn't not like anything, but we appreciate no lift might be a struggle for some, but we're able to cope with luggage and stairs.
