Our stay at Azade Hotel in Crete was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and their kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable.
The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, relaxing, and welcoming. You can tell the hotel takes great pride in providing a high standard of comfort and care for their guests.
What stood out the most was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made our vacation even more special.
I would highly recommend Azade Hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would gladly stay there again!

I wish we could’ve stayed longer at the Azade. It was incredible and I actually felt at home in our suite I didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel! So comfortable all while having such a luxury feel. Very close to everything, you just walk out your door and you are in Old Town! Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel! Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in. And the staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations and airport transfer. We had to check out at 1.30 am to catch our early flight, and we got a delicious breakfast bag to go at 1.30am! What more can I say, truly an amazing experience, and we will definitely return.
