An outstanding hotel and one that we will most certainly return to.
We initially chose this hotel because of its fascinating history and unique character, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the people. Even before we arrived, it was clear that guest experience here is not just a job—it is a genuine passion shared by the entire team.
A special thank you to Orfeas and Eleni from Guest Experience, who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging transport, helping us adapt our plans around a particularly windy day, or securing excellent restaurant reservations, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their local knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm made a huge difference to our trip.
Chrissy and Margarita were equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, which created a genuinely special atmosphere throughout our stay.
The breakfast deserves particular praise. It was exceptional in both quality and variety, offering a fantastic selection of traditional local dishes alongside familiar favourites. It was the perfect way to start each day and reflected the same attention to detail that is evident throughout the hotel.
What sets this hotel apart is not only its beautiful setting and rich history, but the remarkable team behind it. The level of care, attentiveness, and hospitality we experienced was truly first-class.

Beautiful property right in the old town. Very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast included. The bed was so comfortable. The service was fabulous from reception to breakfast. The breakfast food was great. The owner was there every day and so helpful and lovely explaining the history of the hotel. Wonderful!!

We had a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The only thing to be aware of is that taxis and cars can’t drive directly up to the hotel. However, the hotel offers a buggy service that will pick you up or drop you off at the road where you can meet your taxi, and they’ll also help with your luggage. Just call them about 10 minutes before you arrive or before you’re ready to leave, and they’ll take care of everything. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!
