The location was ideal. The rooftop deck provided a nice view of the Venetian harbor. Rooms were nicely appointed.
We and another guests tripped on the marble stairs. They need to be better marked with slip tape for visibility.

Staff especially Filipo was excellent and helpful
More clear details about parking would have been helpful as there is no parking at the facility. But there was a vallet parking at the affiliated hotel. Those details would have been helpful. Hotel name was not prominent and visible and hard to identify.

Location excellent. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Balcony too small to sit out on.
Windows had not been cleaned. Main problem was that the electricity kept going on and off and management did nothing so food went off in the fridge and every five minutes for four days and nights we had to eep putting the switch back up for lighting, wifi, tv etc. We were promised an electrician would call and that didnt happen. Houssekeeping seemed to thinkthat only one room was being used so that was the only room serviced. Shower unit glass needs cleaning. No refill of coffee sachets etc and no coffee pods available for machine. Not good value.
