Casa Del Fino is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town; whilst also being an oasis of calm and tranquility. The service is impeccable, the parking in private lot is extremely helpful and staff are very helpful. Hotel is well maintained, clean and beautifully furnished. Breakfast in the courtyard is also perfect. Overall, the ideal place to stay in the heart of Chania.

The staff make you feel like family. They provided excellent suggestions for beaches and restaurants, and made reservations for us in Casa del Fino name to ensure we would be very well looked after. But maybe the best of all is the breakfast with baked good and granola home made by the mother

The buggy transfer service is excellent.
The descriptions were not clear enough. The hotel’s entrance is on a narrow street; if the hotel staff hadn’t brought us, it would have been hard to find. The hotel’s location wasn’t described clearly enough. I knew our room had to be reached by stairs, but I didn’t expect it to be this much — very tiring. Most importantly, there is a problem with the room’s -bathroom- drainage. Yes, I understand the hotel is an old building, but when you flush the toilet the water doesn’t go down; this is a serious issue. Had there been more detailed descriptions, I would not have chosen this hotel.
