Had an amazing stay at Pepi Hotel - the room itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The breakfast was delicious and they offered a decent amount of options as well! The pool is such a plus for the summer and the courtyard is very lovely. Staff were also excellent and so friendly!
For those who are sensitive to noise, the cicadas get quite loud in the summer. Thankfully it wasn’t an issue during the nighttime but they would start again in the morning.

Nice little hotel in Rethymno, the pool area is beautiful and this is where you take the breakfast. The rooms are spacious. Be aware that the hotel does not have a parking and the nearby parking are not free (the free ones are always full). Good location to visit Rethymno.

This is a lovely small hotel in the heart of the old town. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. The pool was a bonus as it was very hot when we were there. The breakfast was delicious and included many local treats.
Our room had an unfortunate smell, which they seemed aware of as they installed an air purifier in the room. As it was a bit noisy, we switched it off but had to quickly switch it back on due to the smell. The bed was very uncomfortable- whenever one person moved, it rocked the other.
