All the staff in bar/restaurant were really nice and polite, it has plenty of room & food and drinks were all good.
The rooms were a good size , comfortable bed and a big tv.

Breakfast was excellent although the white pudding was a tad salty.
The location of the hotel on the edge of Kilkenny was understandable given the desire to provide customer care parking.
The bed was very comfortable, however, there really needed to be something between an extra duvet and nothing at all if one felt the cold.

Breakfast staff were super accommodating,pleasent and helpful.
Reception were friendly and helpful.
Traffic noise was very audible,even though the window was closed.our room was next to the fire exit doors which were constantly left open..day and night!! woken up numerous times by loud talking from guests or "others"using the exit doors.had an issue with the TV,was reported but never followed up.
