the bath room, the bed and bed room
Location excellent right beside the river and centre,but Fri Sat night near by pub had music soooooo loud you could Im sure enjoy that in Carlow, then the people leaving made sure you were aware they were around, and in the morning the Coffey shop whose patrons felt the same way, so consider how much you value the river view. Room was fine very neat and tidy except for the carpet which had a very large stain at the window, there was an ironing board and no Iron and the communal tea coffee are was never replenished, so there was none.

The photos on booking.com aren’t a good representation of the rooms or the facility. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. There isn’t a window in the bathroom nor a fan. There is an area with a patio door but too dirty. I had two rooms booked and both were below standard. We arrived early but the company managing the rooms strictly forbidden access to the rooms before 4pm. One of the key lock box wasn’t locking. The keys had to be reset several times during our stay which was very inconvenient. During our two days stay, the common area wasn’t clean and our rooms weren’t clean either. One of the room had bare wood floor (barn style). They are overcharging for those rooms and service. There isn’t a waterfront view from the room we had. There actually wasn’t a window.
