What can I say about this gem of a place, absolutely stunning. The location was great, right in the heart of Kilkenny. Very welcoming and attentive staff, the room was fabulous, very chic and stylish.

Modern, updated and clean room, the location was excellent.

No breakfast included but I knew that when booking so it was fine. Stairs to the top floor, if i had alot of bags would have being tricky but I only stayed one and it was prefectly fine. I'm only saying this for others.

Wonderful downtown location within easy walking distance of most attractions. Very responsive staff. Modern comfortable room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms are above a pub that offers live music, well-kept accommodations and caters to refined clientele.

Room was on the smaller side but in all other respects perfect and wonderful for sleeping.

The property was lovely and clean

The people staying bore us and next to us were extremely noisy. We got woken up multiple times with doors closing and loud noises and we did not get any sleep
