The hotel is located in a quiet quarter about 15 minutes from two major points - the harbor and the Tomb of Kings, and 5 minutes from a major shopping center.
The rooms are very cosy and clean, with doors for parent privacy.
The food is amazing. The cuttery and desserts are highly recommended.
The front desk staff was more than helpful as we planned attraction, sweet and multilingual.
The sofa beds are a bit short for tall people like myself and my teenagers. But that's just us.

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, good location, ample parking, large double bed, great variety at dinner and breakfast@Alexander restaurant. Saturday entertainment programme was a bonus (we stayed for one night only).

Great place for families. We met my wife's family here and it was great for all of our kids to get together and play. It's very family-friendly and focused on kids. The pools and kid facilities kept them all happy. Snacks available all day. There are some good running locations nearby. Nightly entertainment. Mainly, convenience.
The place is kinda gross. The pool area does not get cleaned well enough during the peak hours of the day. There's trash (cups, plates, etc) under the loungers. People just leave their waste everywhere. We sat down on some loungers that weren't being used and it was almost like someone had just dumped a bin bag under it, including a used diaper.
The rooms need some refurbishing. Some of the walls in our room as well as my in-laws had plaster crumbling off and just generally falling apart in some areas especially near the shower and baseboards.
The aircon is centrally controlled, which means the rooms don't really get cool enough, especially when it's 29+ degrees at night. We had to borrow a fan so that helped.
The beds felt like foam, not real mattresses. Whatever they were, they're not very comfortable, just cheap.
The furniture in the common room is basic and just not very comfortable.
The wifi doesn't work. I had to use roaming data the entire week we stayed. I repeat, the WIFI DOESN'T work.
The food ranged. The fact that there's really only 1 restaurant is kind of a drag. I've stayed in other all-inclusives that had genuinely nice, 3-4 different restaurants. The buffet here just feels kinda like a cafeteria. Some of the food is decent but some of it comes across as hospital food.
One thing that really irked me was that you pay for all-inclusive, but then want to charge for real orange juice. The juice included for all-inclusive isn't really juice; it's just some sugary crap. The same thing with different cocktails. They have special cocktails of the day that you have to pay extra for. How is this not a part of all-inclusive? I asked for a Jack Daniel's and soda and they told me Jack Daniel's isn't included; I'd have to pay extra. Jack Daniel's isn't even top shelf, it's basic cheap bourbon.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly. They claimed to fix it but room was extremely warm.
