This modern and well kept hotel is located in a quite village, comfortably distant from many nature exploration options. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant offers a verity of fresh local dishes. There is also a nice pizzeria almost next door. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great people - family owned - came in on a Monday - restaurant closed - but the asked us what we might like - and the cooked dinner for us!

Clean, comfortable and MOST of the staff were friendly, competent and professional except for the owner and two others. Breakfast and dinner were good, despite the often poor choice of loud obnoxious kebab music.
On arrival we immediately noticed that there was no balcony in our room, which is one of the reasons why we chose this establishment.
When I went downstairs to discuss it with the owner who had checked us in only a few minutes earlier, he just stared at me and shrugged his shoulders. I asked him to elaborate regarding this unforgettable reply that must have required much critical thought on his behalf, and he said that booking.com often makes mistakes with the pictures posted and that only three rooms in his hotel have balconies.
I replied that we only needed one room with a balcony as described in my confirmation, at which he became annoyed and barked at one of his poor employees to check availablility for me, angrily stating to HER that if we had used anything in the previous room then there would be no change. Little did he realize that he was about to learn how to fly head first through a window if he didn't make things right.
Once the staff verified that the previous room was fine, we managed to settle in and relax. Then we went down to the bar, to have a drink on the virtually empty terrace where the male waiter seemed to be chatting with four friends at the only other occupied table. We sat, we waited, he saw us, walked past us, wiped down a few tables in front of us and then returned to his conversation with his friends, so after waiting ten minutes I just went inside and placed my order with one of the friendlier staff instead. He immediately followed me inside and just stood behind me with the same dimwitted look as the owner. After that, he brought us our drinks with a feigned smile. One round of drinks was enough with that level of service.
